Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative R&D Manager – Special Projects with strong hands-on design capabilities in MIL-Grade / Industrial Grade Power Supply Systems using Cosel/Synqor products for applications related to MOD, Armed Forces, and DRDO labs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead special R&D projects for MIL-grade power supplies.
- Design power electronics circuits meeting military specifications.
- Drive prototyping, testing, validation, and product release.
- Collaborate with MOD, Armed Forces, and DRDO to define project requirements.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams.
- Prepare defence project documentation including QA Plans, BOM, and Test Reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics or a related field.
- 10+ years in MIL-grade power supply design.
- Experience with MOD, Armed Forces, or DRDO projects.
- Strong understanding of MIL standards and ESS testing.
Preferred
- Defence electronics industry experience.
- Familiarity with defence manufacturing certifications.
