Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 3+ years of experience (preferably in Power Electronics).

Key Responsibilities

• Design PCB layouts for SMPS and power supply circuits with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Convert electrical schematics into optimized PCB designs using tools such as Altium, Protel/Advance Protel, Eagle, KiCad, and OrCAD.
• Ensure proper component placement, track width calculations, creepage and clearance compliance, and effective thermal management.
• Implement proper grounding techniques and signal routing practices to minimize EMI/EMC noise and interference.
• Prepare complete manufacturing outputs including Gerber files, layer stack-up details, and PCB fabrication documentation.
• Collaborate closely with R&D engineers to implement design changes and continuous improvements.
• Review PCB prototypes and support troubleshooting of layout-related issues during testing and validation.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma from a Government Polytechnic or B.Tech in Electronics or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in PCB layout design for power electronics applications (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in PCB design tools with a solid understanding of electrical schematics.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
