Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 4+ years of experience (preferably in Power Electronics).
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build prototype SMPS and power supply units for testing and validation.
- Perform soldering of SMD and THT components and prepare wiring as per circuit diagrams.
- Conduct basic and functional tests including voltage, current, load testing, burn-in, hi-pot, and thermal checks.
- Troubleshoot PCB and component-level faults and support design improvements.
- Maintain prototype documentation, test records, revision notes, instruction manuals, and PDR documentation.
- Apply basic knowledge of QT and ESS testing as per MIL standards, including JSS 55555 and MIL-STD-461.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma from a Government Polytechnic or B.Tech in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience in SMPS, power supply, and PCB assembly is preferred.
- Strong soldering, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and effectively use electronic testing tools.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
